"It’s a new song called “Live Without Love”, and it's a collaboration with David Guetta! We were on a plane leaving Australia just coming out of the pandemic and we we’re thinking about people living on their phones and zoom meetings and contemplating “Is the world going to be more isolated now? A less collective, joyous place?” So we had an idea for a song about what that would be like - to live without connections, to live without love. Then we were on tour in 2022 and texted David and said hey we’re in LA, and he said he was in an LA studio, let’s catch up! Within the first few hours we pretty much had the track put together - Jack was singing on it, which was unusual but we kinda liked it, and David wanted to keep it. When we got back to Australia we recorded our SHOUSE choir singing the chorus. The last 2 years were a true test to how we live as a community, to the love we share between us and to our ability to connect with others - so we wanted to write about that."
